In this 90 minute hands-on workshop, attendees will consider various types of writing by artists, including press releases, artist statements, web text, and grant applications. Participants are invited to bring examples of their writing to workshop by the group, and will have the opportunity to draft and workshop new text. Participants can expect to leave with a clearer understanding of how to pursue their writing projects more effectively.
This FREE workshop is presented through a generous grant from the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities. You can RSVP on Facebook here. Workshop space is limited to 20 participants.
